Shipping Policy
Digital products Digital products are delivered instantly via email after purchase. If you don't see the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If it's not there, contact us at sarahallenphysics@gmail.com and we'll resend it. You can also access your downloads anytime from your account page.
Physical products
We currently ship only within the United States.
Our physical books are printed on demand, which means each book is created fresh when you order it. This results in a longer fulfillment time than typical online orders, but it also means we can offer a wider catalog without holding warehouse inventory.
Typical timeline: 2–3 weeks from order to delivery
- Printing and production: about 5–10 business days
- Shipping (after production): about 3–7 business days
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If your order hasn't arrived after 3 weeks, please contact us at sarahallenphysics@gmail.com and we'll track it down.
Damaged or lost in transit: If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 7 days and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to refund orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
