Returns and Refunds

Digital products Most of what we sell is digital. If a digital product isn't the right fit, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. We trust you to delete your copy.

There are two ways to request a refund:

If you have trouble accessing a download or a link isn't working, please reach out right away and we'll fix it.

Physical products (coming soon) We have a 30-day return policy on physical items. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it. To start a return, log in to your account at account.mathwithsarah.com or email us at sarahallenphysics@gmail.com with your order number.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we'll cover the cost of making it right — either a replacement or a full refund, no return required. For other returns (changed your mind, not the right fit), the customer is responsible for return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Refund processing After a refund is approved, it typically appears on your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times vary, so it may take a few additional days to show up on your statement. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't seen the refund, please contact us.
